In many jurisdictions, obtaining a sustainability rating is a mandatory requirement for receipt of public sector project funding and/or planning permission for development. 

Urban Change are not only qualified and experienced in the application of sustainability rating schemes but our team have been involved in their development and implementation for the Building Research Establishment (UK), the Urban Planning Council (Abu Dhabi, UAE) and the Ministry of Housing (KSA).
